1. Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends, federal holidays or peak shopping seasons will be processed on the next regular business day.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage


We currently ship to all 50 states of the United States. International shipping is not available for the moment.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time


All delivery times are estimated and counted after order processing is completed, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (optional): Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight and selected shipping method.

4. Free Shipping Offer


Enjoy free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

This promotion does not apply to expedited shipping, Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas.

5. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s system.

6. Shipping Delays


Occasional delays may occur due to bad weather, carrier backlogs, peak season or unexpected logistics issues. We will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

If your order has significant delays, please contact our customer support for assistance.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages


Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

  • For damaged, defective or missing items: Contact us within 48 hours after delivery with your order number, photos of products and packaging. We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
  • For lost packages: File a tracking claim with us first. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Returns & Exchanges Related Shipping


  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly by us.
  • All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and kept in original packaging with all accessories intact.
  • We do not accept return shipping with postage due. Please use a trackable shipping service for returns.
